Light & Spacious CBD Apartment with Ocean views!

great location, excellent facilities, clean and comfortable - couldn't ask for anything more Positive: great location, easy walking distance to so many things - great restaurant strip. car parking was easy. communication from host prior was excellent - recommendations for what to do and where to eat, really made us feel welcome.

Impossible to Sleep Due to Undisclosed Nightlife Positive: The apartment itself would have been perfectly acceptable were it not for several significant issues. Negative: The microwave was completely burnt out and unusable, and there was no functioning Internet because a previous guest had apparently disconnected the router's patch cables. The biggest problem, however, was the location. The apartment is situated directly above two bars, both of which are open until 3:00 a.m. every night of the week. Sound insulation is virtually non-existent, making it almost impossible to get any sleep. This is something that should be clearly disclosed before the property is offered for rent. The property is managed by a real estate management company. When I initially reported the broken microwave and the Internet issue, they promised to resolve both problems as soon as possible. However, after I later informed them about the excessive nighttime noise, they stopped responding altogether. Ultimately, the noise made the apartment uninhabitable for me. I had no choice but to leave early and book alternative accommodation at my own expense.

We put up with the gross shower floor but should not be charged a cleaning fee given the shower. Positive: location was good and most things in the apartment were clean and functional. Negative: the floor of the shower recess was disgusting and needs replacing - grout and tiles covered in black mould.

Loved Darwin and this apartment perfect. Positive: Excellent location, close to lots of restaurants, pubs, shopping, and an easy walk to all of these.Beautiful views to the harbour, loved Darwin sunset views. Apartment very comfortable, clean and roomy for a 1 bedroom unit. Suited our needs as we enjoyed 2 Days at Darwin Turf Club and exploring around Darwin City.
