Large and Lovely Waterfront 1 bedroom apartment!

Excellent property well maintained Positive: Close to Darwin city centre Close to eating restaurants Negative: Nothing

Needs better management. Positive: Location was perfect, right next to the Waterfront area. Apartment itself was roomy with good balcony and views. Negative: Air con didn't work properly. Was set to 22 degrees but didn't go under 26. Staff stated "was being replaced" so obviously happy to keep letting it out regardless of the issue. When you know the person that put a toilet roll onto a holder knowing the second someone touches it the holder will fall down to its intended position and the roll will fall off is obviously not concerned with maintenance upkeep. -Smoke alarm working, half of it in the cupboard. -1 of 4 lounge room lights working. -Dirty cutlery.

Positive: The location is absolutely amazing. What a beautiful part of Darwin to spend your time. So many facilities right at your doorstep. Will definitely be back. Negative: Would have preferred key collection from the unit.

Very comfortable accommodation Positive: Excellent location, spacious and light Negative: Lack of cooking facilities. A barbecue would be an asset. Insufficient crockery eg two dinner plates and two mugs though plenty of glassware. Fitting missing in bathroom sink. These issues were addressed promptly by the agent Chris who was excellent.
