Positive: Good location for Cullen Bay
Negative: The owner lives next door and let himself into the unit at 630am to turn a light off whilst we were awake in the kitchen, the air conditioning system doesn’t work properly, we couldn’t use the main bedroom as if the a/c is turned on it sends a vibrating noise throughout the entire apartment.
The “hot tub” is an unusable rotten mess, the blinds throughout the apartment are unusable.
The couch is heavily stained.
